The Employment Permit System is run government to government. Registration, the EPS-TOPIK language test and the skills test all happen in Bangladesh, through BOESL. No private agent can place you.
How the queue works
- Watch for the EPS-TOPIK announcement and register within the window.
- Pass the language test, then the skills test for your sector.
- Your profile enters the roster that Korean employers choose from.
- A Standard Labour Contract is issued, then the visa.
What it pays
E-9 workers are covered by the Korean minimum wage, with overtime and severance. Deductions cover insurance and accommodation where provided.

Anyone charging money to “guarantee” EPS selection is committing fraud. The only official fees are the test and application charges published by BOESL.
