Job Summary
The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for accurately and safely handling products throughout the order fulfillment and shipping process. The role involves picking products, preparing shipments, completing warehouse documentation, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following company safety and food-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Accurately pick, prepare, and ship products.
- Review daily shipping assignments and complete tasks as directed.
- Pick products only from designated warehouse locations.
- Complete picking documentation and record product code dates.
- Maintain accurate and readable warehouse paperwork.
- Perform daily safety inspections.
- Keep assigned warehouse areas clean and organized.
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and management.
- Assist with physical inventory activities when required.

- Use required personal protective equipment.

Requirements
Applicants should generally have:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with order picking.
- Approximately 1+ year of warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Food manufacturing or food distribution experience is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular physical activity, including:
- Standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Reaching, handling, and operating equipment.
- Bending, kneeling, crouching, or climbing when required.
- Lifting items up to 10 pounds regularly.
- Lifting items up to 25 pounds frequently.
- Occasionally lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
