Job Summary
The Line Laborer – Case Packer is responsible for packing egg cartons into cases while following company policies, food-safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
This role is ideal for dependable individuals who can work at a steady pace, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Set up the work area and prepare packaging materials.
- Pack one-dozen, 6-pack, and 18-pack egg cartons into crates, boxes, and pallets.
- Verify that packages are properly labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Remove egg debris and keep floors and shelves clean.
- Assist other team members when needed.
- Put away packaging materials at the end of the workday.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
